- Carpet cleaning prices will vary based on size, the amount of soiling, the degree of soiling, the type of carpet, the types of stains, the amount of furniture and several other variables. Any price given over the phone or via email is an “estimate”, not a quote. It is subject to change once we arrive and assess.
Upholstery Cleaning
- There are many different types of fabric that are used to upholster furniture and there are many different types of furniture. Any prices given over the phone or via email are “estimates” and not quotes. Once we’ve tested and assessed the fabrics and soil content, an exact price will be given before we proceed with cleaning your upholstery. Prices vary greatly.
Tile & Grout Cleaning
- Tile & grout cleaning prices can vary, just like the other services. Prices depend on the condition, the amount of soil, the size, the amount of labor & the amount of furniture that needs to be moved. Any prices given over the phone or via email are “estimates” and not considered exact quotes. Once we assess the areas to be cleaned, we give you an exact price prior to starting the work so that you’re informed.
Air Duct Cleaning
- When cleaning your air ducts, one thing to keep in the back of your mind is the fact that the cheapest price does not mean the best work. We offer air duct cleaning at a reasonable price that won’t break the bank, but we cannot compete with the cheap guys. Cheap price = Cheap work.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
- Only available with the purchase of another service. First floor only. This service is only offered if you’re already having one of our other services done and you’d like to add dryer vent cleaning. We don’t come out to clean only a dryer vent.
StainGuard
- Protect your investment. Carpet is a huge cost when it comes to replacement. Protect it with our stain guard soil and water repellant. Prevent permanent staining on your carpet and furniture by having us apply this protective coating.
